Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Each user is allowed to have only one active account on the es250i platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
Es250i reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide required verification documents within the specified timeframe may face account restrictions.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. es250i is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence. Please notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
User Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from: using bots or automated software to interact with the platform; attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities; sharing accounts with others; committing fraud or manipulation in games; or using the platform for illegal purposes. Violations of any of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account without prior notice.
Payment, Deposit and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the es250i platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). es250i supports a variety of popular payment methods among Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go (TNG), FPX online banking, and other methods listed on the platform.
Important points regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is successfully confirmed.
- All withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe depending on the chosen method.
- Es250i reserves the right to withhold or cancel transactions suspected of fraud or that violate these terms.

Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Es250i provides this platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, es250i shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, economic losses or data damage arising from use or inability to use this platform. es250i’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstance will not exceed the amount deposited by the user during the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
Es250i reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:
- User breaches any terms outlined in this document.
- Account suspected of involvement in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
- User provides false information during registration.
- Account inactive for an extended period according to current platform policy.
- At the user’s own request.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen pending further investigation. es250i will inform users of the investigation outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Term Amendments
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the es250i platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, downloadable digital materials, and data compilations—is the exclusive property of es250i or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
